The customer confirms that by agreeing to the purchase, they have fully reviewed the product description and understood its content before payment. Exception to the return In case of a technical problem preventing you from downloading or accessing the product, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of purchase. We will address the issue immediately or resend the product without any additional charges. Replacement Policy There is no replacement of digital products with other products after completing the purchase. If a product is purchased by mistake, the customer cannot request an exchange or return.
